The University of Economics and Culture (EKA) is a young and dynamic private higher education institution, which unites classic values and innovation approach when it comes to students’ learning.
EKA is famous for its virtual lecture rooms, which let the students to choose not only distance learning, but also act as an additional interactive way for full-time studies.
EKA actively participates in Erasmus+ programme, therefore students have an opportunity to study in more than 30 partnering higher education institutions all over Europe.
Also students have an opportunity to get a double diploma – EKA and CAH Vilentum in the Netherlands.
In 2013 EKA received a ‘Recognition Mark’ issued by the European Commission – prestigious international certificate Diploma Supplement Label (DSL). This means that EKA offers higher education, which if recognized in Europe, and the diploma supplement corresponds to the template, which was designed by European Commission, the Council of Europe and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
Student Parliament plays an active role in the University’s life. Members of the parliament organise different events and activities for the students (scientific conferences, theme nights, etc), teachers (for example, Teachers’ Day) and social partners (charity events, meeting with the entrepreneurs, etc).
