Rezekne Academy of Technologies (RTA – Rēzeknes Tehnoloģiju Akadēmija) is a one of most fast growing universities of applied sciences in Latvia since 1925.
All study programs at university has been awarded of the international accreditations. The European recognition label has been awarded to the supplements of Rezekne Academy of Technologies diplomas.
Academic staff is very qualified – with more than 70% who have doctoral degree.
Every year around 400 students enrol and in total more than 2000 students study in RTA campus. More than 200 Erasmus students and academics participated in exchange every year.
RTA has more than 185 agreements with universities in 32 countries all over the world.
Modern labs and auditorium in new and renovated historical buildings are equipped with latest technologies. Close partnership with local and international companies provide opportunity for problem based studies approach. Student’s bachelor, Master and Doctoral thesis solve real problems and implement innovations in reality.
